What is the Difference between Traditional therapy and Psychopathology?
Coaching Sessions:

The one-on-one online coaching sessions can help you discover solutions to specific problems you are facing in your life. You don’t need to struggle alone. You will get help in the following areas.
Therapy:
Traditional therapy is introspective, exploring past trauma to resolve current issues experienced by clients.
Psychopathology:
Those individuals who have severe mental health issues, such as chronic, major, or persistent depressive disorder, need diagnosis and treatment by a clinical psychologist & licensed professional. It might be best to see a therapist or psychiatrist in clinical training to address your specific issue and discuss medication.

During coaching sessions, you will be working 1:1, setting personal goals, and discussing issues that might hinder your process of destressing.
Resilience training can focus on social, emotional, physical, and spiritual toughness, It means “bouncing back” from difficult experiences, rather than letting the circumstances affect your well-being.
This training will teach you strategies to be flexible and adapt well in the face of adversity, trauma, threats, or significant sources of stress, such as family and relationship problems, serious health problems, or workplace and other stressors
In this course, you will find a wealth of information, exercises, psychoeducational takeaways, and videos that can easily be used and applied to your daily life. A psychological tool will be provided that empowers us to feel effective and capable of handling uncertainty.
Note: During MRC (Mental Resillience Coaching) you will be working 1:1 analyzing your obstacles in achieving mental resillience.
